| This was a REALLY hard choice for me because I love Lake Nicasio in the early pre-spawn and Phoenix during the spawn, and Lake Stafford any time of year because it's so reliable in it's numbers of fish & it's convenient...but in the end, pound for pound, all year long it's Kent hands down. |

Stafford because it is closest to my house (8 minutes) and because I can catch fish every single time I go out whether it be for 45 minutes or 8 hours.
Closely following Stafford is Nicasio. _________________ Ryan

I would have to say that Nicasio is my favorite place to go fishing in the Marin Area, because anywhere that you go and during the season, there is always somewhere that you can fish and constantly catch good fish. Stafford gets to low sometimes and it gets to shallow during late summer to fall. Kent is great for big fish and throwing the swimbaits, but I hate hiking there cause the slopes are so steep and I almost **** died the last time I went there....
Nicasio is my favorite lake overall the Marin Lakes

I have to say that Kent is my favorite , due to it being only a few minutes from home and I enjoy the hike up and back. Over the past couple years Ive had good success with texas rigs , and jigs, crawdad style baits and even worms. |
