Drop shotted Roboworms and Shaky head rigged finesse worms are taking smallmouth bass and post spawn largemouths.

Alpine Lake

No word on hot smallmouth action but worms/Senkos, jigs, flukes, and small topwater poppers and walking baits are catching a mix of pre-spawn, spawning, and post spawn largemouth from 1-3 lbs and a reported 9 lb. bass. Be prepared to be versatile as you can catch a few fish on everything.

Soulejule Lake

Post spawn females in the 3 lb-8 lb class are hitting Zoom superflukes and weightless 5" Senkos. Drop shotted finesse worms and C-rigged lizards, worms, and baby brush hogs are catching 20-25 bank runners from 1/2 lb. - 1 1/2 lb. per day up shallow in 2-5' of water.
